    Get to Know You

    When you call in to EVE's Crisis Line you will be asked to provide your name and some basic information so that our advocates can provide individual based and trauma-informed care. We will ask if you're in a safe place to continue the conversation and if needed, how best to contact you at a more secure time.

    Thank You for Reaching Out

    We understand that reaching out can be a difficult process and causes anxiety for many individuals. EVE is grateful that you've chosen to let us support you on your healing journey, and we are happy to help you take the first step on your path to living life empowered. Recognizing the strength necessary to reach out for help is an important part of healing.

    Learn About Your Situation

    For an advocate to provide the best support, it's important that we understand your individual situation and goals. Advocates will ask to discuss your immediate safety needs, current situation and well-being, and future goals.

  • 04.

    Provide Services, Resources and Referrals

    Advocates will determine your eligibility for services and make recommendations or referrals to resources that best suit your needs and goals. This is an individualized process tailored to each survivor's needs and desires.
