    Get to Know You

When you call in to EVE's Crisis Line you will be asked to provide your name and some basic information so that our advocates can provide individual based and trauma informed care. Thank You for Reaching Out

We understand that reaching out can be a difficult process and it can cause anxiety. EVE is grateful that you've chosen to let us support you on your healing journey, and happy to help you in taking the first step on your path to living an empowered life. Recognizing the strength necessary to reach out for help is an important part of healing.

    Learn About Your Situation

In order for an advocate to provide the best support it's important for us to understand your individual situation and goals. Advocates will ask to discuss your immediate safety needs, current situation and wellbeing, and future goals.

    Provide Services, Resources and Referrals

Advocates will determine your eligibility for services and then be able to make recommendations or referrals for resources available to best suit your needs and goals. This is an individualized process tailored to the needs and desires of each survivor.
